    ChinaIsGay is incorrect on both counts. Doesn't affect results per thief sent.

    Doesnt it just "increase" the amount of theieves/tpa? (i.e. 2 raw tpa, 50% sci, 0 tds, not gnome => 3 mod tpa)
    If it does, it should help defending aswell. I guess.
