No way, if he attacked me my army would get home much faster and I would take much more land. However it gives a more or less and one can just add the number to see how close they match up to his networth. If the amount of military shown from the SoM is 10% less then his networth then one knows how much the SoM is off by and can add or subtract military units and this will give one a little better read out. He is in a much better kingdom. How ever in war would be asking for people to take his land and I would be the first in line.
That build is by far one of the best I have seen on here not counting mine, of course. However, it is clear to me that province is being handled be a skilled player. If 11111111111088111108 vs. Lord Kym the Sorcerer I would have to give it to Kym. If my province was vs. Lord Kym's province the first thing I would do is build 40% guilds and of course I would have my rawME already at 107.6%. My military is strong how MS is something to worry about and so I would have to match the mystic in wizard production. And just by guessing I would say the mystic as around 2.8wpa which is good but not super.
