    Rate/fix Elf/WH

    Here it is we are a waring kd. my NW is 190k. im thinking of raising draft rate to 63/64. WPA/sci could be better

    what are good off/def per NW numbers. i haven't really been paying attention.. like most people ive been looking at DPA/OPA

    thats pretty reasonable...
    about the only thing i would suggest, would be moving 5% homes to stables, to give you that bit better offense =)
    and maybe raise your DR 1-2%

    this province is quite good. 9/10

    however u could use some minor tweaks. for example since u r already running 15% homes, u can afford to raise ur draft to 62~63% and increase ur tpa to 4 (u r not gonna have money to retrain thieves, if u keep it at 3, ur tpa will drop to the point of useless very quickly as soon as some incoming land comes and u dont get hit)

    also, u r already a/t, so i would raze all ur towers (maybe keep 1~2%) and put them into stables (u could use some more military power). stealing horses CAN work, but i wouldnt recommend u counting on it as an elf. u'll damage ur own tpa doing it and its not worth it. also as an elf u cant afford doing NS with all ur stealth unless u want to convert to heavy attacker after 30 hours of war, so its probably a good idea to spend 70% of ur stealth doing NS and 30% to steal resources (ie runes), thats why u wont need towers

    and perhaps more food sci can help u cut a bit more off ur farms and put into stables

    Just get 20% and keep Fl on for 150% production.
    Pretty good prov.
    I hate stables and I havn't built any :P.

    If he wants to attack faster he can cut the forts and get more rax.

    Overall pretty good.

    A/T? you have more guilds than thieve dens, theres your first problem. you dont need all those guilds and towers if your A/T. im not a fan of homes, i'd put those to forts. as well if you were going to war raze those banks and put them into forts or training grounds. just my opinion. i'd give you a 6.5

    10% homes as an elf is actually very very helpful =)
    also, i would drop banks back to 10% and put rest into TD's

    maybe drop tg's back to 12%, and guilds back to ~10% and put into forts

    thats about the only things i can say

    Am i the only one here not smoking crack? how is this any good for an A/T? i hope you guys were just looking at the first guys strat, we are talking about the second dudes strat now.
