    There is no decent one . Just a recommended one showing your strength.
    I Cb low ones all the time (120-130), thinking they are land fat but they turnout to be full on T/M with 100% defence. GRRR

    I decent attack has >140.

    Focus on OPA and dpn rather than NWPA.

    Dont think theres any minimum decent nwpa. It all depends on what you spend your nw on.
