    Think it looks good. Maybe lower dungs and maybe banks a % or two? And raise TG's slightly as well as optimize tg's/forts.
    Personally, i like to squeese in some rax aswell. But well... As long as you can attack twice/day i wold be content :)

    Also i think you can raise your food and thievery sci a little bit, to lower the amount of farms needed as well as adding more mods to that tpa of yours.

    lower dungeons to 2%
    shouldnt need that many banks, your army is dirt cheap, loose some of them for forts =)

    when you rate something, it would be much more convincing if you would provide some feedback on why you rated something the way you did...:)

    The only thing I say that is lacking is the def. Your province has low def. Find a way to make your def at home better but keep the attack power the way it is. I have give it a 6.6

    that says to me, sending out all his offense, he should have ~80 opa, whilst leaving ~40 dpa @ home...

    thats not bad, but as a viscount his OME should be >130%, easily...

    As a gnome, you really want to avoid being hit.

    The province could be improved a tad - unless you're facing a ST no use for 4 raw tpa and 15% TDs, 10% TDs is adequate, stick 5% into forts + take some from dungeons etc as mentioned.

    Either increase TGs so you send off less elites or increase forts to increase def directly. Depending on the % of TGs you have forts may become more worth it due to DBE.

    With your income, you can afford to boost your military a tad =p

    Yeah and the fact that he is viscount his military should be much more powerful.

    I believe that a mix of TG's/Forts is always better than going either one or another, unless your turtling or completely suiciding (0 def at home).

    Maybe henry's kd is in fortified stance?

    I think your province is really good. I like your mix of offensive specs into it as it provides efficient networth

    There's not much you can do to improve it
    but if I could I would get less stables, down to 5% at most.
    Get rid of some banks.
    And definetly have to lose 3.6% Dungeons. You want 2% at most or else it'll nvr fill up

    Everything else is pretty good. Science you could beef up magic science+ a bit. It would protect you from fireball/tornado a bit

    You don't have 200% pay, I guess you will be raising it for war. If not, you should. Also, TGs/Forts should be more balanced, and being a good thief you should be able to live with less banks. Aside from that it is a quite fine province

    Pretty nice province!

    Edit: as stated earlier, 5% forts instead of 5% TD's would be nice.

    the only thing i can recommend is raze 5% from banks and dungeons (combined) and put in forts
