    Science and tpa/wpa is fine...

    Raise the draft to 63-65% and build some training grounds and stables,then you should have a pretty good Orc/Merchant... If you are in a Mid level kd you don't have to worry beeing ambushed in war

    Uhm, i would say use only 60% draft, dont go above and train some more ogres.

    Science is too low, did you start your province at the start of this round or later? I suggest Sustained or Active research for a while, even if you're orc. Might even want to do some Learn attacks. Thieves and wizards are too high, grow a little more and let tpa/wpa drop.

    These. Orc/Merchant is fine, I stood attacks (in war) by three Orc/Warrior as a Merchant, and in the long run the extra money and the stability beats the extra attacking time (my offense barely dropped, despite getting hit pretty badly). And warrior's -50% ambush effectivity is a joke since everybody knows ambush is there to kill elites - Merchant helps a lot against that.
    You need at least 55% DR, 60% would be better - having more might hurt your economy (though as a Merchant that's not an issue) and having more peasants = better BR = filling up incoming land quicker.

    I think you have a bit too many guilds - what are you seriously gonna use those wizards for?

    And your science is weak. I'd recommend boosting the Military science, which synergizes (sp?) with your +30% gains.

    raise ur draft to 60% and train 1:1 elite/defense ratio and u will look like a mini version of one of our orc/merchants on wol. good work hehe (buildings r slightly different but not by much)

    u dont have too many guilds it looks about right

    11% guilds is ample for orc self spells I think. Depends how low your wpa is at the time though really.

    Little Update, draft rate is 60%, just not showing on the CB. Guilds Im leaving untill its 10%. How much modified defense per acre should I aim for when elites out and how much modified offense per acre? I am a little scared cause we are unfriendly with another KD who has another Orc the same size, only he beats me both in offensive and defensive.

    You don't need those WT unless you're at war or planning to be soon. Work on your science, will harm you long-term if you don't get a proper foundation.

    ok now that looks nothing like our orc/merc lol

    1:1 elite/defense ratio is ur best bet. at 60% that should translate to approximately 40dpa with 85opa depending on ur honor/building/payrate/tpa
