I don't know but I can tell you at around 67k population with +75% birth rate and with L&P casted a gnome will have +1,000 population growth until population is filled.

StanceBonus = Stances Peaceful = 130%

RaceBonus: Gnomes = 75%, others = 100%

Love&Peace = 0.75%, not active = 0%

Plague = 0%, no plague = 100%

Storms = 2%, not active = 0%

RandomValue = random value between 95% and 105%

After province creation, base birthrate starts out at 3.45%. It is then reduced slowly (by 0.01% every hour) for five real days until it is 2.25%.

As far as I know, that was inaccurate as tested on genesis. On wol it was too, but there was a BR bug so that could have had been a factor.

I dont think having the exact numbers is really that useful, other than if your low on runes and cant decide wether to cast love and peace or something else.
