Oh my. I have been away. I have not been keeping track of Utopia for quite some time now. I might as well continue with this province until the new age starts. And hopefully, I will make a wiser choice next time!

What should my draft rate be, as a new province? Right now it is at 20%. I am sure it should be bigger, am I right?

human mystic is not as bad as a dwarf rogue.
How new is it? Either you should have 0, or ~55-60% (at least thats what i usually run). 0% the first day or two, and then put it at ~55-60% early enought to get sols which you can train 20 hrs before oop.
