It effects -20% Building Efficiency. But for the Gold Dragon in particular that's just the buildings that BE effects, or is it ALL buildings? I thought it just effected exactly like BE effects (% based buildings). My KD thinks it does every building. Honestly I am confused now.
It affects all buildings, including farms etc.
but its not instant 20% off any BE. its 20% of ur current BE
e.g - if ur BE is 100% so yea - it will make it drop to 80%.
but if its , say, 90% it will be 20% out of 90 which makes it 90-18 = 72%.
General BE goes down a fifth.
100% BE becomes 80%, 50% becomes 40% - so on. Easy. All buildings are affected by this drop.
It's the second nastiest dragon, if played right. Usually, sapphire and ruby are both better picks.

but i wouldnt have thought that libs would be affected by gold dragon...
I doubt it affects libs, it definitely won't affect capacity buildings.
Libs are unaffected by BE.

99% of the time, go Ruby, dont worry about the other ones.
^^ - which is why gold/saph/emerald need to be nerfed BIG TIME. The really only viable one to send is ruby - which is boring - but that's another thread, for another day ;)
