I would say that a suicide is an attack where you get yourself killed. How much that is in DPA is very much depending on the situation...
To me it really depends on the situation. To me a suicide is a stupid attack where you are more or less certain to loose more then you gained. If the gain is bigger then the loss then I wouldnt call it a suicide.
