    how many non TM to hit hostile? /dragon question

    how many learns/massacre/plunders to hit hostile against another kd?

    also i know the changing of month lowers your hostility status, by how much? etc.

    if a dragon is sent during unfriendly wat % of its strength does it appear at 25/50/75?

    on a side note.. perhaps we should allow king to put spending freeze on dragon in place when there are lot of noobs in the kd -_-

    Unfriendly should be 50% iirc, 75 in hostile 100 in war.

    « Hostile Meter » Trad Marches 1 :: Massacres 0.6 - 0.7 :: Plunders/Learns 0.5
    The hostile points of each attack is doubled if your kingdom is in Aggressive stance. Hostile = 7.5 points.

    Failed attacks, depending on how much offence is sent may or may not move the meter. For example, a Fog check will hardly move the meter whereas a true bounce will move the meter.

    If two kds are at hostile/hostile or hostile/unfriendly, the 'Declare war' button will be available to the kingdom with the lower hostile meter. If both kingdoms have maxed out their hostile meters (50 points) or both kingdoms have an equal value of hostile points on their meters, the option to declare dissapears. At day change (24th -> 1st), approximately 14 - 16% of the meter decays (with a minimum decay of 1 point). The first kingdom to hit in this case gives away the war button.
