elfs economy is just as good as dwarves, DE who refuse to ToG and gnomes who refuse to steal. ppl have the impression of elves having poor economy is because they have no income bonus, however they forgot that elves also have low expense, and MOST IMPORTANTLY elf can protect their peasants best from t/m. so in the end those 4 races are more or less even in terms of economy

in war a DE is on par with elf
a gnome is better than an elf, simply cause they have +15% pop, thats actually a rather large increase to pezzies
and a dwarf is better than elf, assuming they are running some banks (+BE)

zzzzzzzz "a dwarf is better than elf" all races has ups and cons, in this case you refer to income but earlier in your statement you said in war, and trust me the dwarf would have to run a heck of alot of wt's or dedicate a substantional amount of his pop into theives(with 2stealth/h, yay) to be safe and keep the good economy.

waheed you keep saying its ineffective to run high draft, well I'd like to see your math on this seeing as you've said so in two different threads now only over the last 24h.

Which you use by attacking a lot and building up credits

The bonus means you are losing less troops when you attack and are attacked. That means lower costs for drafting and replacing troops. That is the economic bonus. Building up credits is a tactic.

of course if u run high draft u will have better military per networth. in theory if u run 99% draft u will have the best off per nw and def per nw. but warring is A LOT more complicated than simply figuring out how to make the shiniest province with the highest military per nw

i would say just run war hero instead of merchant, that creds go a long long way =)
