Even Dwarf a/t is better than orc a/t. Science + TDs + 30% BE can easily compete in spite of the -30% thievery effect.
But Dwarf a/m is better.
Well I tried to be a dwarf a/m last age and I could never break like 2Wpa even with a majority % of guilds.
Either you where growing very quickly or you did not have that many guilds, i had 10% Guilds as a Elf War Hero and still ended up with 2WPA on 3k acres
I ran 10% for almost the entire age, and had a bit over 2 WPA by the end.

assinated wizzards? theivery penalty is your friend ONLY if you treat it with respect.

What exactly is the theivery penalty? Are you refering to the -30% for dwarves?
Ugh, I cant settle for a race or personality yet! Even with the new changes.
If you go Orc A/T, then don't pick War Hero. There's better picks for a personality. Warrior is always a solid choice, and Merchant will probably even be decent too considering Orc's are going to have a tougher time with money this age.
