I have success running this op no matter how many thieves I send. Does the % of troops loss increase with more sent? I don't understand how this op works.

It feeds them poisoned apples.
Catwalk's crusade for legalized cheating was a stunning success, with ghettos and low-tiered teams everywhere losing their wells of knowledge to better kingdoms in the process.
Step one: replace everything that works.
Step two: blame the predictable epic fail on outside forces.
Step three: keep the community informed that no progress has been made since the last update.
Step four: thank you for your patience.
If only it told you some kinda of results... instead of just Success!
It just means that you gave the general a poisoned apple successfully.

the number of thieves will effect the duration however send about as many thieves as you need for a max duration incite riots....the effects will stack with PF...

No, it won't.
Pitfalls doesn't provide the generals with more poisoned apples to eat.
It's all part of phase 516616 - megaton gnomeblast.

I understand to ignore vt2. The duration makes sense, also the stacking with pitfalls. Does BG only work on offense or defense? Or both? Also what is the % that it kills? 5%? That is what I have heard.
You heard wrong.
1/92 = 0.92.
The poisoned apples have an effect that cannot be measured unless you have a Red mist detector, which you don't.

somewhere between 10%-15% the debate goes on....but it works offensively as well as defensively....
People argue about it exact effects and durations some say 1-3 hours while some have claimed up to 8 hours i do not know who can give an honest accurate answer but this is based upon popular theory

thank you sully
The mod seems highly random, and could really be anything between 1-50%. It also seems HIGHLY dependent on the number of thieves sent - more specifically, the TPA you're tossing around.
Duration seems even more random, and it's wise to re-bribe each tick.
Does it affect offense? Hard to tell, but probably. Does it affect defense? Yes, most certainly.
Does it 'stack' with pitfalls, and the warhero-bonus? No, it does not stack - it's a multiplier to a multiplier.
Let's just say that if you hit a bribed, townwatched gnome, with pitfalls, using a warhero, he'll have a bad headache afterwards.
