Sorry yeah 32.6% acres destroyed for overpop.
Used 15/25 instead of 10/25 (which made it 21.7%) sorry ;)

Just a question. A glimpse of a situation. A target was first aimed using ops/spells that cripples his/her peasant count. After his/her peasant count is down, constant Storm and Meteor Shower and Explosion begins to pound that province 24/7. Then, instead of FB, we begin Tornadoing him as much as possible. The logic behind this method is that we cripple his economy first which are the peasants who are employed. (Works best if that target has low banks). After his peasants dropped, we tornadoe him so that he cant regenerate back his peasants. Besides, the target cant regrow back his/her land and is stuck with those land being unbuilt. (Dwarf is an exception)
Is this method effective in crippling an attacker?
Yes, in that it removes homes/hospitals/TG/Forts/Rax, but you might be better off using that mana to FB someone else and maintain more MS accross the KD.
If you want to keep him crippled, hit with massacres to stop him building up thieves to kidnap back his population. It will also destroy plenty of the buildings.
First of all i see people assume that tornadoeing 60% of someones land is a piece of cake. Not only that it needs a perfect coordination (you have to do it in an hour) it will be a tremendous waste of runes and mana (no runes DE). and tornadoes are not so easy to cast either. this is why fb works better: easy, cheap, effective. Sure if tornadoing would succed it will be harder for the victim to recover... but it doesnt really work.
It doesnt need to be over 1 hour, it can be over several as long as the person is offline.
Once you hit the point of pop>max pop, then ALL remaining Tornadoes need to be in same hour if you hope to overpop.
And its not always hard, depends if your fighting ghettos.
