When i made elit pump, i drafted up to 75%, i overpumped. But usualy it is araund 63% , higher when im prepearing for something.

option 1)
I suggest you run 60%-65% because military strength > BE.

option 2)
I suggest you keep 55% because BE can make up for military strength losses in higher workings of Forts/TGs and as long as you run insane amounts of TG/Forts you can make up for most of it

If my memory serves there is another option available which has not been discussed. If I am remembering correctly the Ghetto Code of Valour dictates a much lower Draft, somewhere around 25%? ; )

70-75% in war-ready mode. usually goes down to 55-65% range during the war.

in ideal situations, for heavy attackers i would say between 62% to 68% is optimum depending on the race/personality

however ideal situation means u declare right away after u r pumped nice and shiny, no hostile foreplay and etc. the only situation thats possible is if u get waved and u go to fake war to pump, then come out and declare. but if u walk around with 65% draft all the time u will seriously hurt ur economy hence lower sci/less elites

we generally keep ours around 55~57% otherwise nobody will war us (we have our own strategies that revolve around low draft and it worked very well in war, plus as a kingdom we kept far more sci than anyone around us)
