It literally translates into 'legend of the holy sword,' or just 'legend of the sword.' Why? Because japanese is as stupid as swedish.
Anyway, the first game is known to you americans as Final Fantasy adventure, and is an action/roleplaying game for the oldschool gameboy. Here, that game was known as Mystic quest - no, I'm not making this up.
Game two in the mana-series is Secret of mana to us both, but Seiken Densetsu Tsū to the japanese.
Number three was never released outside of Japan, due to being of very low quality, compared to other titles by Square, and because the SNES was dying at the time.
