I put my first email with 3 caps in it - it's a vanity thing - shoot me! We all know that hotmail translates all to small letters.

Musta been in a hurry putting the confirmation email in cuz I put it all in lower case.

We all know that if you send it to either addy, I'm going to get the email.

Now, I'm booted out of my kd. Suppose I can trade back in but doesn't seem right since I'm the freaking monarch & have a lotta work to do.

Tried to fix this thing a million times. It just blithely repeats at me "Your account cannot be saved".

When I put in my email I put it with first letter as capital.
Made sure in confirmation to do the same.

It came up with an error that it didn't match and it changed the first one to lowercase so I'm not sure what happened with you.

Yeha, that's right you guys, you laugh! Wait til it lands on your doorstep. This is serious. My account cannot be saved .. according to the shiny new server.

You know, Utopia4Life, this reminds me of my portastudio. Got a nice analog portastudio - real old - but it works. But it wasn't enough tracks for me. I wanted more. So I went ahead & bought this digital machine - 16 tracks & it was a nightmare. Would do anything I wanted but it came with a manual the size of a phonebook & I spent 3 days of sheer frustration trying to get it to do the simplest things. I couldn't deal so back it went. & I've still got a system that works. Still want more tracks but at least I can use it.

Something to be said for too much tech. Omac! Box up those shiny new servers & hit the switch to activate the old ones. If something's not broken, don't fix it.

I LOATHE the new MS word <.< it looks nothing like the old ones and figouring out where stuff you used to know how to do are, takes so long I actually uninstalled and reinstalled the old one.

did you make a new master account with jolt? and then click mitigate and use old info there?

or did you just try to logon with your old info at the login? (you need to hit signin first)
