I have managed to isolate the problem causing passwords to be rejected, and you can now use this link to fix broken passwords. If it doesn't work, report the special characters your password contains in this thread. Next thing on my agenda is enabling trading options, expecting that to be functional tomorrow within 10-12 hours.
Ok, for those still having password trouble, I've created a hard password reset here - read the instructions carefully, and make sure you take note of your new generated password! :)
"password too short" error, when logging in/signing up to the master accounts:
- your game account from last round is not the same as the master account
- you need to sign up for a new master account, before you can sign up for the game
- follow the instructions posted here
