Help on my DE/Mystic Strat

I have never played DE/Mystic and was planning on being an a/m, and am newer to the game in general. I need a sound strat from top to bottom including build strat, how much of which type of military specs/ elites to train/TPA/WPA/ draft rate, wage rate etc. to start my province off in the right direction. I played DE/ War hero last age and didn't do so swell, so I wanted to try DE again.

Our KD is a merger and I am not sure if we will be warring a lot or not atm.

Wage rate 200%
Draft rate as high as you can, as long as ALL soldiers are trained and dont build up
WPA around 3.5
TPA around 2, lower if you want to use WT
60% Elites 40% off specs imo, so your defence isnt low and you can use some elites in off if needed. Dont make stupid hits.

Build at start, around 10% homes/banks/farms (so you dont have to raze)
20% TG 20% Guilds 10% Hosp then the other 20% into forts or WT or whatever, depending how your going to play.


While in protection its often better to run 40% banks 40% guilds and just spam ToG until 20h before coming oop and build all your troops and change all your buildings, at once.
