I hope that is a bug or something because that is totally gonna change everything.
If this is the case don't you think the bug forum maybe a better place for it?
I hope that's going to be a permanent thing.
Catwalk's crusade for legalized cheating was a stunning success, with ghettos and low-tiered teams everywhere losing their wells of knowledge to better kingdoms in the process.
Step one: replace everything that works.
Step two: blame the predictable epic fail on outside forces.
Step three: keep the community informed that no progress has been made since the last update.
Step four: thank you for your patience.
More difficult spells consume more mana. If failed, that amount is doubled as well. I don't think it's a bug.
I think the next few logical questions are:
1) Why?
2) Why isnt it in the change notes?
3) Does stealth work the same? (I assume so)
Seems rude to just let people figure this out, given that it affects the game greatly and people have already decided on a race/personality.
spells consume more when you have more mana (in your case 100% mana) compared to when you have less mana ie 40%.
as mentioned earlier, consumption is doubled when failed and more difficult spells consume more than basic ones.
the system has always been like this and hasn't changed since omac acquired utopia
have fun diceing with your 5% guilds darkelfs :P
(or atleast run guilds before casting the spell)
