    Reflect Magic

sorry it's kinda n00b of me, but..

whats the actual effect of reflect magic?

I've been led to believe that it has a base % chance only if a spell were to fizzle.. some other people say it's just a % chance to deflect a spell.. which is true?

You are aware of the existence of the guide right?

    Reflect Magic (Elves)

Reflect magic places a magical barrier around your lands for several days. During this period, successfuls spell cast upon your province may randomly be reflected upon the caster, doing unto them as they would have done to you.

Effect: Has a 25% chance of reflecting offensive spells cast upon your province.

yes i'm aware of that, but as I said, I've been told 2 different versions, so..

is it 25% like clear sight, meaning 25% chance to cause an enemy's spell to fizzle and bounced back to him,

or 25% chance of reflecting a spell AFTER the spell is fizzled due to wpa vs wpa
