the kingdom they are warring had a whole bunch of ppl in vac mode too, plus a few provs even bigger than their monarch. they also dont look organized enough to all go in VM, maybe they started out like that lol

u cant go to vac mode if u have 5 already in vac mode, but if u all enter vac mode at once i believe u still can go all vac
