Moving someone in just before war might not be a great idea. It might not work out for you and if you already have a KD your about to war its a bit dishonest to them, moving someone in just before or after someone declares.

I know how frustrating it is trying to war with under 25 players though :(

I agree that taking in a random player might not work out..
Try a KD mate from a previous age, if still kept on MSN or AIM..

But I don't see it as dishonest, unless you bring in a huge prv..

Which is itself impossible, if you read the guide to moving in a prov: The prov is reset to full starting conditions, complete with 3 days of VM.

As for the players, good luck finding them. Just wanted to correct these two on that point :)

What Allanon said. And also I will assume the OP is talking about trade-in. Which isn't dishonest, because the enemy doesn't (shouldn't) know about the other KDs trade-ins. As far as they are concerned, all the provs are being run by an individual being out there.
