the lengths some people go to for a war win, its just sad. takes all the fun out of the game. why don't you round up people to hit 5:21, level the playing field a bit.
And it isnt just ghetto inactive or new provinces being hacked. a province in my kd was hacked who has been with us for years .

Is anyone even going to pretend that we can't blame OMAC for this?
Catwalk's crusade for legalized cheating was a stunning success, with ghettos and low-tiered teams everywhere losing their wells of knowledge to better kingdoms in the process.
Step one: replace everything that works.
Step two: blame the predictable epic fail on outside forces.
Step three: keep the community informed that no progress has been made since the last update.
Step four: thank you for your patience.
I'd love to see them try to justify that claim :P
