    New years eve password issue

    We are aware of the problem and are working to find the root cause and problem. This may take several hours as not all staff are available during this period of festivities.

    This refers to the: "you have provided an incorrect password for the username....." Issue, for both servers. More news will be provided when more is know of what is causing this.

    There is no change as yet but staff are working to get the games functional again.

    Some information. As many have noted there is a problem with the cookies. The greated date value is 31st dec 2008 at 00.00 hrs, so when your machine reached that date the cookie no longer worked.

    I cannot endorse self modifying the cookie, nor can i gurantee such edits would work when there is a regular fix.

    The problems should be solved. For all of you who have asked for help from support in this matter but to the sheer volumn we simply cannot answer or reply to them, but if there are outstanding issues do follow up on you query in case it is missed.
