    uTimes recruiting: All writers welcome

    What we are is a Utopia-based News site that aim to cover wars, alliance affairs as well as other features that may be of interest e.g. Real Life interests / stories of known utopian players, the Histories of past Utopia superkingdoms and the like.

    What we want are sociable people who are willing to get out there and talk to new people, and gather information in a sensible manner. Writing skills is a must, but you don't have to be the most articulate. You must also have have an intermediate level of understanding of how this game works.

    Applicants will have to undergo a trial period, in which they will have to write two to three articles which comply with our Editorial Standards.

    IRC is a must, the server is irc.utonet.org

    Catwalk's crusade for legalized cheating was a stunning success, with players getting to join the kingdoms they wanted instead of being forced to try and teach players who had little inclination or enthusiasm toward learning.
    Allowing players to play with people of their own skill level and with their friends truly is the single greatest thing to ever have happened.

    I will apply once I have IRC. Which should be in about 1-2 months. I currently have just bought a house and need to set up new computer, internet etc...

    Writing is a passion of mine so writing about Utopia would be fun.

    How often do reporters have to right stuff?

    Is is more war analysis from both sides perspectives or is it more talking about the history and future of Utopia? Or something else?

    Concerning article selection, have a look on the site for yourself. It's mostly war articles, but there's other interesting stuff too. I'm tinkering with a few ideas about kingdom management if they'll sign me on.
