Well then it definitely is showing your racial bonus in the bank numbers:
820 acres
820*.244 = 200 banks
200*25gc/bank = 5000gc
5000*1.257 (BE) = 6285gc
1.25*.244*(1 - .244) * 1.257 = +28.98% income
not sure how you were figuring it, but the numbers you put up do reflect the correct BE.
Apparently not...Try actually reading the page. It quite clearly states racial bonuses are not included, which includes DW BE bonus when it comes to production and %s of bonuses.

Internal Affairs is showing the modified numbers after race bonus, not the raw numbers as it's supposed to.
