A bug I found atm:

L&P has no effect in the sim. Those that use it, cast it to remind yourself to use it, but the result of your in-game prov will be better than your sim.

Also, when you take the 20h bonus (collecting on feb 1st) the sim doesn't generate the bonus.

Bug:
Did minimal science for 1 day to create 121 books.
I can allocate up to 120 books, but get message whenever I try the last book -- "Problem (not enough books to allocate)."

We're aware of this. I actually posted this same bug two posts before yours :p

This should be done already?
Builders Boon and Shepherd are in since the first delivery of the simulator.

I'm having a look to the book allocation bug, it is probably a simple comparison issue (strict vs. large) when allocating books ...

Updates ...

. Builders Boon is back in. No idea why it ended up removed from the spell list ...

. Love and Peace should work fine now.

. Exploration is now also capped by size.

. NEW - It is possible to change Stance dynamically from the Throne page !

Should be good for now :p
