Raw Millitary efficiency stays at 100% even if I put the wage rate at 200%

Since no personality changes effect the sim for what they have listed atm, personalities haven't been changed.

But the sim is updated race bonus/penalty wise for what they have currently posted, and I will update it again with any updates I see.

Thanks, I think the log out stopped working though (no big deal) and I was wondering if it was possible to get back space enter to work on multiple casts (mass ToG)

Probably, but I really wouldn't get your hopes up. I don't really have any intentions of playing too much with the functionality, unless I need to.
