We need more ghetto's and fewer powerplayers, makes the game a bit more relaxed.

Only 1 province is above 200k networth and it ain't mine. So far we have lost 2 wars, and have on average 12 active players.

I don't feel the need to be compatitive, I do enjoy the game once in a while. When I get bored I just go into protection again for a few days.

2 wars each lasting for a few days, 37 times is not that much I think. I think in each war I got hit about 13 times and the rest are bottom feeders. You get a lot of bottom feeders in the ghetto's. There is not much that you can do about it. When you get hit by KD's with 20+ active players it doesn't matter if your own province is not that bad, but when you have only 10 other people in the province like I have had at the start of each new age well there is not a whole lot you can do.

No joke btw, there are a lot of kingdoms in this game that start with about 10-15 provinces.

That is also why there are fewer people that play Utopia then say 5-7 years back when I played for the first time. I had a Utopia break for a couple of years. The kingdoms that are lucky enough to start with 25 active players will always rape the lesser kingdoms.
I think about 50% of the kingdoms have fewer then 18 active players, but those are not the people that post here. So as a result I play for a few ages then get bored by getting killed by cheaters (people with multiple provinces, province trading etc) and stop playing for a while. etc

Only if your part of the 'IN CROWD' will he ever get out of a ghetto now days... If you don't hang out on ICQ all day your pretty much screwed. Period.

Too bad the hyperactive's and OMAC just don't get that fact.

Swirvin, replace "ICQ" with "IRC"

And replace "Only if your part of the 'IN CROWD'" with "Only if you come on IRC, join a kingdom's channel, speak with them about a vacancy in their kingdom, prove you aren't an idiot and are willing to listen to orders and be available as needed".

So many kingdoms are looking for 1-2 players that wouldn't mind teaching someone. Odds are, if you defect on Genesis three times, you'll land in a kingdom with someone who needs a player or two.
