this error occured just when I want to make an attack on a province on war.. I want to double attack, and when I click "prepare military" for the first attack, it is error. Now I cant double attack, and I don't even know the result of my first attack, crappp!!

Not sure exactly what the OMAC people are doing.
Seriously now, they do seem well-intended, they talk to people, look around, generally have better results doing all the stuff that Mehul couldn't/didn't want to do.
But the CGI overload, login bugs, the daylight savings issue from yesterday and now this Apache error are really-really-really annoying.
In addition, there's also the 'new' account management thing which works just as a front for the old one, but returning none of the error messages (eg, I delete my WoL account, the new system allows me to create a new one immediately, but since the old system prevents new accounts for 24h, I get an unspecified error for the whole day from the old system) and just making things confusing in practice (unless it will be actually revamped).
