We currently have 22 provinces, and training up a few new players - we prefer to build a kingdom through helping new players learn the game. But we need a couple more experience players who are willing to offer strategies and tips. And generally have some fun and chat amongst mates.

Might be that the kingdoms core is already built and rather than having noobs come in and go inactive they would rather fill that slot with an active player who just does their job. Now I'm not saying that a few months down the line when someone better comes up, they might try to make a change but maybe its a good fit for now. I know my kingdom has had the hardest time filling spots. We avg 18-20 players and with a handful being new players its hard to get much done when training guys and looking to fill gaps. Especially when we require attackers.

Reality of growing up :) all my friends have moved on from utopia.
