% stealth/mana question

Does any one know if your % stealth/mana affects your opts/spells?

i only ask as i know that at 100 % stealth/mana it costs like 7% for one opt/spell.

Basically this comes down to am i better off keeping below 50 % stealth/mana for opts that cost 3% stealth/mana or letting them get up to full?

having it <50% is generally the best idea, unless you know a hostile is coming up, cause you'll want the extra mana then =)

in conflict you never want ur mana to raise above 60% since the cost of the spells increase (mana wise)
