yes very low, but imo, if you have 20+ offense-heavy provinces who consistently have suicidal tendencies can seriously rock some arse...although with 9 epa, i dont understand what is the problem with raising draft a bit to add a few more dspecs to avoid doubles and triples upon ye arse
