I'm anvian/warrior to and i use this building strat:
Homes 10%
Farms 9%
Banks 10%
TG 15%
Forts 15%
Hosp 15%
Guilds 5%
Towers 6%
Dungeons 2%
WT 15%
This was my build strat my last war and i was fine actualy now i'm baron. I use 65% DR, 10 dspa (with 15% forts and TW casted u go to 60 dpa with elites out so hybrid attackers may broke their necks at ur gates. Because u are anvian + love casted + 15 hosp u'll have ur peazie back in 3 utopia days), 7epa, 1,8 tpa and 1,5 wpa.
After a war i'm using:
Homes 10%
Farms 7%
Banks 28%
Armories 17% (convert em to schools after i retrain all troops and keep em until i go for war)
Hosp 15% (i make learn attacks so i dont want to loose many elites)
Guilds 12% (until i go to 1.5 wpa)
Towers 9%
Dungeos 2%
For next war probably i'll train 2.5 tpa instead of 1.8 and i'll divide my 15% WT, 5% to homes and 10% thieves den so i go for A/T.
I do learn or plunders attack everytime including in hostile time and i'm trying to pump my science how mutch i'm able to do it until we go to war.
So with 65% DR my BE it's arround 90% and it's perfect.

Because 25% barracks lets you hit even faster, and since speed is all you have over the other races, that naturally becomes something that people should consider.
My avian/warrior runs 10-20% barracks.

5% guilds in war means you prolly fail the majority of your self spells, and maybe, just maybe, get greed on for 3 hours.

That's a flawed question. Every single additional rax you build sees a diminishing return. The answer to the question I believe you wish to ask, "At which point is it pointless to raise the rax % on an avian," requires too much calculus for me right now.
I use about 14-15% on an avian war hero (no personality speed bonus) and I can attack about 3 times per day, which is more than usual in war, and thus a bonus. I think going to 25% rax and going for 4 attacks a day hurts the economy too much. So I guess I did that calculus anyway. >.>
there must be a reason why the nr1 avian is so far ahead of everyone, so if we just copy his numbers, we can duplicate the sccess.
I can do an attack at every 8 hours in war time without any rax. That meens 6 attacks in a normal 48 hours war. So using rax it's pointless in my opinion. Why? Because if u are not hit u are going to be to fat anyway and with more then 6 attacks in the first 48 hours u'll be broken.
Because i'm using 65% draft rate if i go to fat i'll not be able to build all new acres and my bonuses from TG's and Forts will start to sux. I will not be able to retrain my elites and if u war againt a decent kingdom and they will chain u damn u'll be out of war.
After first 20 hours of war against a good kingdom u will have no targets to plunder so in my opinion using rax will make u weak instead of helping and are pointless use of acres.
I used 5% guilds 2 times in raw in wars and i failed 1/5 spells. If u go 10% u'll have same success percent so it's pointless. The only bad thing it's that ur protection spells duration it's arround 7-10 hours instead of 10-14 hours if i'll use 10% guilds so 6% towers seems to not be enought but there will always be targets with weak tpa that will provide u some runes.
6epa its way to low for a decent attacker u need 6.5 or 7 epa to be a strong attacker. Because u will never be able to retrain everything u lost when u attack u really need 7epa when u go to war.

I'm an Avian/Warhero ... I was 1k @ the beginning of war ... I got chain'd to 300 in matters of hours ... I was badly overpop, but those 6 hr ambush with 20% rax is fun =)
now ... I accumulated over 600 building credits, and 2800 specialists credits after the min war time. war was lost but i was already in speedy recovery mode.
