The 1st downtime happened somewhere around Jan 14, YR0. And we're compensated with - a pause which starts back from around Feb 7, YR0.
---> 16-17 hours lost
The 2nd downtime started even before OOP, which is around Mac 22, YR0. And again we're compensated with - a pause which starts back at April 7, YR0.
---> 8-9 hours lost again
My dates / numbers may not be exactly 100% accurate, but I believe even when during "uptime" - ppl still has problem playing it due to the lag and frequent time-outs. You can probably do 2-3 things, if u spend 1 hour on it.
