In a code update deployed at 18:20 GMT today we introduced a new concept into the game - the "Support ID". Everyone has a unique support ID, which can be used to identify yourself on the forums to developers and staff, without fear of disclosing your in-game identity to anyone else.
Whenever you are contacting us, please quote your support ID. You can find out what your support ID is by visiting the "Report Bug" link at the top right of the page.
