Yeah, why don't we all delete and move on to another game while the top 10 kingdoms play with each other and brag about how they ruined the game. That's where this is going if this bs continues for much longer.

If you don't want to get declared on, then don't hit someone 8 times when they have hit you less than 8 times.
Provinces in small kingdoms already get a gains bonus and gangbang protection to protect them. If you're outhitting the other kingdom up to 8 attacks, then you seem to be the aggressor and its probably not a bad thing that they have a way to retal effectively.
