I don't think this is a repeat post, I looked and didn't see it.

We had a player that forgot to activate his account, came OOP and one day later had his account deleted. HOWEVER, his province is still there after two days (it's even been attacked).

Our player created a new account and we used an invitation to get him back into the game. I tried to use the invite function for an abandoned province, but that button will never highlight for me (I guess an abandonment is a function from a players options).

My question is bifurcated :) 1: Is there any way for him to get his old province back? It's already OOP and actually in really good shape? I am sure he would gladly delete the new province. 2. If we can't get the old province back under control, can we have it deleted?
