From his speech this Yesterday:

we’re proposing a complete elimination of capital gains taxes on small business investment along with an extension of write-offs to encourage small businesses to expand in the coming year.

I liked that! But investment doesn’t work 1 year at a time. Do a 3-5 year deal. Hell, if it works, learn the lesson, and keep taxes on small businesses rock bottom

As a small business owner, i can tell u that 4 years ago when we sold our first business to move into another, there was a delay in escrow and caused us to incur REALLY heavy cap gains taxes, if we can do away with them, completely or partially, it would help a great deal. We are still to this day feeling the effects of that crap tax
