What is attack time capped at?

No there is no real cap on attack time. IIRC attack time in war is 20% lower for a while now.

Min is AV/Warr doing ambush in war while running max rax. I don't think there is anything smaller (maybe add QF as a product of bug, not like game isn't buggy :) )

Avian warior with max rax on genesis, ambushing, while in war is it.

So it's 4.5 for an ambush on wol, and * whatever the gen multiplier is.

5.1 for trad
4.5 for ambush. on wol.

Less for gen because of multiplier.(is it 0.8? I dunno, gen bores me)

Well there is a glitch in game if you max out verything having to do with lowering attack time with the avian then your attack time will go down to around 4.7-4.8. I know because I did this way back in the day. So I'm assuming that the glitch has not been fixed because no one has thought about maxing speed on the Avian. Remember boys and girls speed kills.
