I know. I was shocked too. But it is AWESOME that overpop for armies/thieves updates live now, and not at the tick, as it used to. As someone who got chained pretty hard this war, I really appreciated it.

It always did. If you LL or release/send away soldiers, you'll be able to hit right away. You may have it confused with not paying your army, which triggers on the tick.

Did it really? I didn't think it did... And I was chained enough to know. :-)

But at least it's clear now that it does, even if it did before.
