    I think it's safe to assume duration spell such as MP will simply last longer w/ this perc, and nothing more

    I only mentioned builders boon because I know the numerical effects of the spell can be easily seen without any calculations. Hence, the suggestion that all duration spells should be expected to act in a like mannerism.

    *adds extra part about gold dragon*

    does the gold dragon affect base BE, or BE AFTER the dwarf & artisan bonuses get applied?
    Deliverance -> secrets -> anzac -> mercy -> rage -> "ghetto"

    For christs sake

    "BE AFTER!"
    Brian_ said so himself

    if race == artisan: be = be + 20%
    if gold_dragon: be = be * 0.85
    etc...
    Of course, brian got the values wrong (according to bishop), so he might have just got the order wrong.

    the BE bonus was available last age, so why the sudden confusion this age?
    Just say "yes" and I'll go away.

    Spell potency (efficiency & duration): +30%
    It means that the numeric used to determine how long a spell lasts for (or how much damage it does) is multiplied by 1.3

    Specialists' NW values are directly proportional to their points.

    Sage
    Learn time: -30% <- means it takes 30% less time to learn the free books
    Losses on learn attacks: -50% <-- only science losses

    Thievery gains (NEW): +15%
    It only affects gains. Increasing TPA would increase the chances of success of a mission - the extra gains do not influence the chances of success.

    Orc honor- unchanged from last age

    ^^ from devs

    sages dont have reduced military losses or invisible GS
    thievery gains means gains on thievery ops

    Spell success (+/- 30/25)
    question: does this mean - mod wpa, or a % drop in successfully casting spells?

    Answer from Brian: It means that the numeric used to determine spell strength for a user is now multiplied by 0.75 or 1.3 respectively

    Spell success: +30%
    same as above

    It means that the numeric used to determine spell strength for a user is now multiplied by 1.3
