Depending on your strat, you'll rock with 156% BE.
Run 30% homes for huge armies.
Or if you want, run 20% guilds for huge wizards.
Or if you want, run 20% forts for some great turtling.
A lot of top kingdoms are planning on playing it.

Why the hell would you run even a single % of homes with that combo?
You don't even know why it's a strong combo, and no, a lot of the top isn't planning to use it.
They've got other, more abusive things in mind.
Catwalk's crusade for legalized cheating was a stunning success, with ghettos and low-tiered teams everywhere losing their wells of knowledge to better kingdoms in the process.
Step one: replace everything that works.
Step two: blame the predictable epic fail on outside forces.
Step three: keep the community informed that no progress has been made since the last update.
Step four: thank you for your patience.
Homes help your BE to rise. You'll want as high of BE as possible to max the bonuses out. The bonuses turn around and help homes be even more effective, raising your armies.
That's really not how something that can maintain a constant 100%+ BE works.
Let's leave it at that.

^One of them both is an idiot. Guess who !?
For the record, the suggestions above are for different builds, not all together. They aren't even builds, but examples of what you'd get if you happened to build those buildings. Since you're insinuating I'm the idiot, how would you run/abuse dwarf/artisian?

What I want to know is, does the flat rate bonus that come with artisan apply to homes increasing your pop? I.e., if I play artisan will each of my homes increase my max pop by 10 instead of 8?
Homes are flat rate buildings and not affected by buidling efficiency.

BE has no effect on homes, other than the birth-rate bonus.
You don't even know how the game works, yet to claim that this and that is overpowered.
Go away, n00b.

You just repeated what I already typed, yet you're saying I don't know how the game works? LOL
I'm not talking about BE, artisan also gives you a 25% bonus to all capacity and flat rate buildings. I'm just checking to make sure that homes are included in this, that they're not a special exception or anything.
Agreed with Mahur, I think the new ages changes will stick!
So if you think Dorfie is overpowered, play em ;)
But I don't want to play them but am being forced cuz nothing else can compete, except maybe human somewhere below.
