Well you can't be 100% sure, maybe they just put a cap at 150% so that Dwarf Artisan shouldn't sci pump and go 30% libs =p

Brian said they multiply, but they aren't currently multiplying unless the cap is 150%.
Thus why I am asking for a clarification =)
Btw, you don't even need libs to get over 150% BE. some Science and homes =)
I hope it is a cap at 150%, otherwise I will have to MV fog all age =/
Sorry, I made a mistake when I said they were multiplied. Almost all bonuses are multipled, but one part of building efficiency is different. It works like this.
be = 100% (or whatever)
if race == dwarf: be = be + 30%
if race == artisan: be = be + 20%
if gold_dragon: be = be * 0.85
etc...
So, if you're Dwarf Artisan, you'll see 150% be. It is not capped.
correct me if im wrong, but isnt the added bonus better when BE w/o bonuses is under 100% which it normally is. when ever over 100% then the multiplied bonus is better..under that...?! or is it too late here
