specialist NW values

How much NW is an orc's defense specialist worth? 4? Are Dwarf offense specs worth 4.8 NW? And since we're on the subject, are human defense specs still worth 6?

PS: I hope I posted this in the right place

EDIT: I'm assuming that normal defense specs will stay at 5 and offense specs at 4. That's true right? Just making sure. Oh, and I shouldn't forget about human offense specs either. I'm guessing those are 3.2 NW?
