    Birthrates Capped at 75%?

    As in title:

    Are birthrates capped at 75%?

My Dwarf Artisan should have 92.34% BR, but only gets 75%. (having 19%homes)

    from the building advisor:
Increase birth rates by 75.0% (0.0%)

the (0.0%) makes me think there is a cap.

I think the growth adviser does not show the effect of BE on birth rate...sorta like how last age Runes (I think) were not reported correctly.

It is capped at 75%, and by memory has always been capped at 75% since the birth rate bonus was introduced.

I have no reason to love it. It's unreliable. It's boring. It looks like a wiki and not like Utopia. It mixes in-depth info with new-player info. It's messy. A bunch of the pages are completely useless; others are too cluttered.

The wiki says so much about it's players players dedication to the game, but so little about the devs.

S&B are not only too lazy to spend the time making a guide, but I'm pretty sure they don't even understand the material enough to actually make one. Hell, they don't even have to start from scratch

    There's a template. Go.

The fact that not only do I have the capability of getting on and screwing up everything, but anyone can, says so much more than I could ever explain. It doesn't even have to be major stuff. It could be switching a .8 to a .9, just minute **** like that, that only the people that actually know what they're talking about would notice. But here's the funny part. The people that actually know what they're talking about DON'T GO TO THE WIKI!

So do I. Higher pop and keeps the BE up for the rest of my non-homes land.
