Interesting thing I've just seen when creating a new master account. you get an email sent, but on the login page, it gives you this message:

Actually I was being sarcastic, but if I was seriously complaining, I believe I have every right to be pissed. After hundreds of emails from ME ALONE (not counting the other players inside and outside of our kingdom emailing them), after hundreds of people telling OMAC that we were not given a fair trial, etc. they FINALLY just ALLOW us to tell them why they're ****ed up.
But again, I was simply being sarcastic.

Than how did you defended yourselves if they didnt give any reason why they deleted you in the first place ?
If it was a just a bad malfunction of the game I belive they would have reinstated you long ago, and it wouldnt require a talk with you and such.

Roisin would have given them entirely new, legal accounts, helped them x-log, and protected them from future deletion.
