    Fail ban?

    so the fail topic was deleted because it violated what forum rule? as much as it could be considered spam, i see lots of spam on these forums. technically it IS utopia talk and there were not other threads exactly like it. so im curious...

    Can you remove the 60 second wait between reports? I could cover a lot more spam without this hindrance. I only want to help give the mods something to do and help keep these boards spam free!
